Focuses on acclimatization, key sights like Nubra Valley and Pangong Lake, with buffer days for weather delays; fly into Kullu-Manali and out of Leh .
DAY 01–02 :- Manali Acclimatization and Local Sights
Arrive Manali
DAY01; – check into hotel, rest for altitude prep (2,050m), evening Mall Road stroll.
DAYS 02:- Visit Solang Valley for winter activities like snow scootering or paragliding (weather permitting), Rohtang Pass viewpoint via Atal Tunnel if open, return to Manali overnight.
DAYS 03-04 Manali to Jispa/Keylong
DAYS 03:- Drive Manali to Jispa (140km, 5-6hrs) via Atal Tunnel (9,800ft) and Sissu; camp/hotel stay amid Lahaul Valley snowscapes.
DAYS 04:- Jispa acclimatization or short walks; overnight prepares for high passes.
DAYS 05-06:- Jispa to Leh
DAYS 05:- Jispa to Sarchu (220km, 8hrs) crossing Baralacha La (16,000ft); tented camp amid frozen More Plains.
DAYS 06:- Sarchu to Leh (250km, 8hrs) via Tanglang La (17,480ft); arrive Leh (11,500ft), rest for mandatory 48hr.
DAYS 07:- Leh Sightseeing
DAYS 07:- Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa, Leh Market.
DAYS 08:- Monasteries like Thiksey, Hemis; Magnetic Hill, Sangam en route if roads clear. Overnight Leh hotels. DAYS 09-11 Nubra Valley Excursion
DAYS 9:- Leh to Nubra/Hunder (160km, 5hrs) via Khardung La (17,800ft); camel safari on snow-dusted dunes.
DAYS10:- Diskit Monastery, Turtuk village if accessible.
DAYS 11:- Return Nubra to Leh via scenic Shyok.
DAYS 12-13 :- Pangong Lake
Day 12: Leh to Pangong (220km, 6hrs) via Chang La; frozen lake views, camp stay.
Day 13: Morning lakeside, return Leh with Thiksey stop.
DAYS 14 -15:- Leh to Manali/Departure
DAYS 14:- Buffer/explore Leh or Tso Moriri if open; evening flight prep.
DAYS 15:- Leh airport departure or reverse road to Manali (multi-day, not advised in deep winter).
