DAY ITINEARY :-

DAY :- 01 Arrival in Manali (2050 m)
Arrive in Manali for registration and trek briefing. Short acclimatization walk and overnight camp near the Beas River

DAYS :- 02: Manali to Udaipur (2800 m, 6–7 hrs drive)
Drive via Rohtang Pass, Keylong, and Tandi along the Chandra and Bhaga Rivers. Visit Mrikula Devi Temple at Udaipur. Overnight guesthouse .

DAYS :- 03: Udaipur to Shukto (3400 m, 3–4 hrs drive)
Drive through Pattan Valley to the road head at Shukto (village of Miyar Valley). Overnight in camp on the valley floor

DAYS :-04: Shukto to Thanpattan (3700 m, 5–6 hrs)
Trek through lush meadows and shepherd encampments. The trail follows the Miyar Nallah River’s west bank. Camp at Thanpattan

DAYS :- 05: Thanpattan to Zardung (3900 m, 5–6 hrs)
Gradual ascent through alpine pastures with abundant wildflowers. Excellent views of Castle Peak and the surrounding ridges

DAYS :- 06: Zardung to Phalpu / Camp I (4200 m, 5 hrs)
Trail narrows into moraine-covered ground. Camp near the glacier snout. Acclimatization and technical briefing on glacier travel

DAYS :- 07: Camp I to Camp II – Base of Kang La (4870 m, 9–10 hrs)
A long day following glacial streams and scree slopes to the base of the Kangla Glacier. Camp below icefalls.

DAYS :- 08: Camp II to Camp III via Kang La Pass (5450 m, 10–11 hrs)
Pre-dawn start. Ascend the glacier with ropes to cross the heavily crevassed Kang La. Spectacular panoramas before descending to the Tema River meadow (4410 m). Camp III .

DAYS 09: Camp III to Bardan Gompa (3670 m, 7–8 hrs)
Descend from moraine fields into greener Zanskar terrain. Visit Bardan Monastery en route. Camp or guesthouse.

DAYS :- 10: Bardan Gompa to Padum / Drive to Kargil (250 km drive)
Scenic drive through Zanskar Valley along the Tsarap Chu River. Optional overnight at Padum or continue toward Kargil .

DAYS:-11: Kargil to Leh (220 km drive)
Travel over Penzi La (4400 m) with views of Drang Drung Glacier before reaching Leh by evening

DAY :- 12: Departure from LEH .
